All fees paid to Oz are non-refundable. Fees paid to whatever stores we may send you to are subject to those particular store’s terms.

In no event shall the maximum, cumulative liability of Oz relating in any manner to this Agreement, regardless of the type or nature of the claim(s), exceed the amounts paid to Oz by User for any products or services.

This Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Common Law. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any lawful proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively in a Common Law Court of Record located on Wichita, Kansas, America.

8. Definitions

All words or phrases not specifically defined on this Site are otherwise defined as the authors understand and comprehend them.

9. Modifications
